Data collection and management, data manipulation, analysis, visualisation and interpretation underpin everything we do. Our research programmes include elements of statistics, modelling, artificial intelligence and machine learning to make sure we can collect and use all our data to better understand the food production system and ensure our research can be used to improve how food is grown, harvested, prepared and shared.
