As General Manager – Business Performance I lead the financial planning processes, including coordinating our 5-Year Business Plan and Long Term Capital Plans. I work with the GM Finance to develop financial reporting and monitoring that ensures we can make high quality decisions. I also lead the Project Support function which provides tools, monitoring and reporting to support science projects and science managers. Prior to starting at Plant & Food Research I worked for a range different roles with companies including Fisher & Paykel, Navman and Auckland District Health Board.
