We use science to create Positive Foods^™ - foods that are good for people and good for the planet. We’re looking at how we can package up the healthy and nutritious aspects of fruits, vegetables, cereals and seafood to create something new and exciting that consumers want to eat.

For our scientists, that might mean finding ways to use parts of the crop that no one has tried using before, creating new processes to extract the good stuff so it can be used as a healthy food ingredient, or finding new ways to process foods so they have better taste and texture that people will enjoy.
