I’ve got a background in chemistry and have been involved in a wide range of projects, from developing volatile sensors that monitor fruit ripeness non-destructively to using infra-red spectroscopy to quickly estimate fruit composition from a drop of juice. I’m keen to work with colleagues on relevant challenges and hope that together our efforts can help NZ fresh produce growers and packhouses.
