I am a plant molecular physiologist with strong background in genetics of flowering time. I was previously affiliated with the University of Auckland with research on regulation of plant development and flowering time in the model legume, Medicago truncatula. Now, I am focused on understanding fruit development and fruit quality, discovering the genetics and metabolomics underlying behind, and eventually developing resources and techniques useful for breeding sustainable, high-quality, climate-resistant, and good-tasting fruit crops.
