I am passionate about collaborating with researchers and industry to build excellent research programmes. I manage the relationships between our partners, our customers, and our scientists involved in vegetable and land use suitability research and for our work with Horticulture New Zealand and Hort Innovation Australia. I worked for eight years in science before graduating with an MBA and moving to business managment, so I understand and can negotiate knowledgably from both sides of the equation.
