Rosie Paterson-Lima
Program Manger
I manage a portfolio of International Development work across Fiji, Samoa and Tonga. At Plant & Food Research, I bring my love of inclusive cross-cultural team work, participatory and locally-led approaches to agricultural challenges and integrating a lens of women's empowerment across all that we do with our local partners and communities. Before joining Plant & Food Research, I worked for international Non-Government Organisations managing partners and their programmes in agriculture, health, education and humanitarian responses. I have lived and worked in the Pacific and South America and have a MA (Hons) in International Development Studies and BA in Human Geography and Anthropology. I'm passionate about partnership and localisation meaning our work can support a better future for communities and businesses that's led by local ideas and solutions.
