As a Research Associate / Technologist, I have been working at Plant & Food Research since 2001. Previously I worked in immunological, histological, cell culture and bio-molecular biological research, before moving to development of fruit ripeness technology. I have experience in cell culture, gas chromatography, spectroscopy and sensor development.
