Clinical studies
We use clinical studies to investigate how the human body reacts to food and the long-term effects on health. These studies help turn scientific discoveries into real life applications that improve people’s health and wellbeing.
Our research is identifying the healthy compounds in fruits, vegetables, grains and seafood, and building knowledge of how different foods and food components interact with the human body.
Explore our current studies and find out if you are suitable to participate. By taking part you could improve health outcomes for you, your family, and future generations.
All clinical studies are approved by the New Zealand Ministry of Health’s Health and Disability Ethics Committees.
